Quote Group

Group Code	Select an existing group (related to the category), or enter a new group code. See also: Group Setup
Description	Enter the group description. If the group existed, the description from the group setup will be used.
Vendor	Select the vendor for this group.
Ship From	Select the vendor’s ship from address.
Quantity	Enter the quantity.
List Price	Enter the list price. If a list price is entered, then the unit cost will not be editable since it will be calculated from the list print.
Multiplier	Enter the multiplier. The list price will be multiplied by the multiplier to calculate the unit cost.
Unit Cost	Enter the unit cost. If a list price was entered, the unit cost will not be editable.
Extended Cost	The extended cost, not editable.
Markup %	Enter the markup percent (optional). If entered, the unit price will be calculated. If a rounding code is specified in the global config, the unit price will be rounded accordingly.
Unit Price	Enter the unit price. If a markup percent was entered, the unit price will not be editable.
Extended Price	The extended price. If an extended price is entered, it will calculate the unit price by dividing the entered extended price by the quantity. The extended price will be recalculated to account for an uneven unit price.
UoM	Select the unit of measure
Type	Enter the type (tag) for this line.
Product Category	Select the product category.
Price Type	Select the price type.
Ship Type	Automatically set based on the type of product entered.
Extended Description	Enter the extended description to print on the quote
Direct Ship	If checked, when awarded, the sales order line will be marked to ship directly from the vendor to the shipping address.
