Assumptions
You can access PJM, log in, open the Project Management form, and have created a project, as this is required to add a quote using Quote Header. If you have not created a project, please see Add A Project

Fields with an asterisk * are are required. These are customizable and selected in Global Config.
Adding a Quote
- Starting from the Project Management form.
- Select the “Add” button above the Quote grid on the left side of your page.
- Once the Quote Header form has loaded, you will be presented with the header information of the quote. You will need to enter at least the required fields marked with the ”*“.
- When you clicked the “Add” button on the Project Management form, PJM retrieves the information stored for the project you had selected. It will then fill in any information it has for the quote header.
- After you fill in any missing information for the required fields and any extra information you might need, click the
in the top left corner to save the header and switch to the details.
